Monday- we drove all day long to finally get to the desert. Seeing the Joshua trees is always such a beautiful site. Wish we had some of these at home. The mountains are rolling all over the place and such a nice to experience see. It makes you feel like person feel like they are back in the wild west. Just imagine what it was like with gunslingers and gold being found all over the place. I can just see a modern cowboy in the distance now. You would not believe it- he is driving a quad!
We finally arrived in Bullhead city! Yeah, we are here. Weather is so much warmer then at our place. We are sitting visiting with Pam & Neal now. And the store mascot, Gibson is sitting on my feet.

After setting up for 2 1/2 hours, we took a break and went for a boat ride on Lake Mohave. The sun was out, a beautiful day, with about a 20 mile an hour wind. By the time we got out onto the lake, the wind was 40 miles an hour, the waves were breaking over the bow and we were soaked, cold and ready to go back. Fun, but too cold. Luckily it was a warm day.
